Digital by Default 2012

Housing Technology in partnership with Race Online 2012, the government body responsible for encouraging UK digital inclusion, published the Digital By Default 2012 report in November 2011.

With the full backing of Martha Lane-Fox, the government's digital inclusion champion, the report covers the different ways in which housing associations, RSLs and ALMOs are tackling digital inclusion, the business benefits of doing so, and provides advice and resources to support the successful implementation of digital inclusion strategies.
