Maryhill Housing and Ark Housing are migrating to HomeMaster, Aareon’s recently-acquired SaaS housing management system.
Following its acquisition by Aareon earlier this year, HomeMaster is now part of Aareon’s suite of cloud-native housing software. Both housing providers have chosen to implement HomeMaster’s full housing, asset and finance suite to support their respective digital transformation strategies.
Maryhill Housing chose HomeMaster in order to modernise its systems, improve the responsiveness of its customer-facing services and reduce its administrative burden.
Steve Bruce, director of resources, Maryhill Housing, said, “Improving customer experience is a key objective for us, and we knew we needed to modernise our systems to enable our staff to provide the best service.
“When looking at the market, HomeMaster stood out as a new generation of SaaS housing management system that was user-friendly, able to streamline our operations and support a more agile customer-service model.”
Ark Housing saw HomeMaster as a flexible, integrated SaaS solution capable of underpinning its future development and service delivery.
John McVey, director of finance and corporate services, Ark Housing, said, “Selecting Aareon HomeMaster was about aligning our technology with our wider vision of empowering people and communities.
“What impressed us most was how existing HomeMaster customers were such strong advocates of the platform and the HomeMaster team. It gave us a lot of confidence that we’d found the right partner.”
