Geospatial data provider ODCGIS has launched a new data package for housing providers and local authorities.
By combining the latest national geospatial datasets with ODCGIS’s analytics, ODCGIS Property Insights gives non-specialist users a simple and readily-accessible way to analyse the condition and spatial context of assets, make decisions on repairs, maintenance and investments, assess flood, subsidence, radon and other risks, and optimise contractor management.

Property Insights’ data sources include Ordnance Survey, British Geological Survey, Map Impact, Twinn by Haskoning, Land Registry and Bluesky National Tree Map.
