Signix has signed a five-year deal with Totalmobile to digitise its field operations and strengthen service delivery as it expands across the UK.
Signix will be deploying Totalmobile’s field-service management system, including its workforce management, lone worker and field-service intelligence modules.
David Mash, managing director, Signix, said, “Now that we’re managing over 42,000 properties with 75 operatives across the UK, we needed a platform that could keep up with us without adding complexity.
“Totalmobile gives us the visibility and control we need to manage our teams, deliver faster services and meet the expectations of our housing customers and their residents.”
