As part of the 2020 conference, we have three subsidiary networking events. The dress code for all three events is smart/casual. Bookings for these evening events will open in January 2020 (n.b. these events are only open to people already registered for the conference).
Pre-Event Drinks Reception – 6-7pm, Tuesday 3rd March 2020
Housing Technology is hosting an informal drinks and canapé reception at the Oxford Belfry from 6-7pm on the evening of Tuesday 3rd March to which all delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors are invited as Housing Technology’s guests (no charge).
Drinks Reception – 5.30-6.30pm, Wednesday 4th March 2020
Housing Technology is hosting a drinks reception from 5.30-6.30pm on Wednesday 4th March to which all delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors are invited as Housing Technology’s guests (no charge).
Informal Supper – 7.30pm, Wednesday 4th March 2020
At the end of the first day of Housing Technology 2020, we are hosting an informal supper from 7.30pm which all delegates, speakers, sponsors & exhibitors are welcome to attend. The informal supper will be £39/head (included in the overnight dinner/bed/breakfast rate if you’re staying at The Oxford Belfry; if not, payable at the hotel’s reception desk).
The informal supper menu will be:
- Starter: Warm grilled salmon niçoise salad, roasted aubergine, courgette, olives, peppers, soft-boiled egg with a vinaigrette dressing (vegetarian option: warm halloumi niçoise salad, roasted aubergine, courgette, olives, peppers, soft-boiled egg with a vinaigrette dressing);
- Main course: Ballontine of chicken with dauphinoise potatoes, green beans & roasted carrots with a red wine jus (vegetarian option: Butternut squash tortellini tomato salsa and shaved parmesan);
- Pudding: Dark chocolate fondant, salted caramel ice cream, chocolate sauce & honeycomb;
- The dinner includes 1/2 bottle of wine per guests (alcohol-free beer and soft drinks available on request).
