Sovereign Business Integration has completed a review of Spitalfields Housing Association’s IT infrastructure, with Sovereign’s consultants initially conducting an ‘IT health check’ and assessing current risk factors relating to IT.
The second phase of the project involved a review of Spitalfields’ current applications and identifying areas where improvements could be made. The final phase was an appraisal of the options open to the housing provider and advice on how it could develop its IT strategy.

Having an independent review of their existing applications can often help housing providers get more from their current system without needing to make unnecessary IT purchases, which was very much the case with Spitalfields.”
