Adra has just signed a three-year deal with Asprey Management Solutions for its asset management software.
As part of the housing provider’s alignment with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard 2023, it plans to use Asprey Assets for strategic and operational asset management as well as compliance and works management.
Mathew Gosset, assistant director for assets, Adra, said, “Our partnership with Asprey aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering excellent housing services. By leveraging Asprey’s technology, we can improve our operations and provide greater support to our residents.”
