About the Event
Housing Technology and BT Business are making their annual visit to the BT Tower in central London to host our new ‘Connected Communities 2019’ one-day event on Tuesday 10 September 2019. Guests will attend a carefully-chosen series of business/IT presentations in the BT auditorium, after which guests will have lunch at the top of the BT Tower.
With its core themes of ‘analyse, predict & inform’, Connected Communities 2019 will cover how housing providers can streamline their internal operations and tenant engagement through innovations in self-service, CRM, data management, ‘mobile first’ delivery, process automation, AI, analytics and business intelligence.

Please note that this event is only open to housing providers, local authorities, government agencies & other end-user organisations. Bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred (at no charge) to a colleague up to 24 hours before the event. Payment is via invoice (sent by separate email) or PayPal (payment options below).
There will be a charge of £95 (plus VAT) per guest, including morning refreshments and lunch and drinks at the top of the BT Tower.
