Better performance for Jephson with CorVu

Jephson Housing Group has selected the CorVu performance management system to improve performance and business planning across the group, which comprises Jephson Housing Association, Jephson Homes Housing Association and Marches Housing Association.

Scott Amos, service excellence project manager, Jephson Housing Group, said, “We were looking for a performance management system that was both easy to use and maintain, and which had the ability to automatically drill down to detailed information at property level in real time at the click of a mouse. Only CorVu’s solution could fit our requirements exactly.

“We can now join information from many data sources, drawing our information together in one easy-to-use system. This gives our frontline staff the added bonus of being able to manage both tenants and properties on their patch much more effectively, resulting in significantly improved performance.”

During the first phase of the project, Jephson will be using CorVu’s performance management software to: track performance against its corporate plan; determine readiness for short notice inspections; align all projects, actions and business planning; assess, mitigate and control all organisational risks; automate its performance reporting; and benchmark its performance against other organisations.

A second phase of the project will see Jephson using CorVu to manage the deployment, workflow and compilation of 360 degree appraisals.
