Broadway Homelessness and Support has awarded OmniLedger the contract to supply and install a new housing management system. OmniLedger’s Pyramid system will be installed at Broadway’s head office and will also provide remote users with access to the system. The project includes historical data migration from their existing system and went live in April 2012.
Nick Lee, finance director, Broadway Homelessness and Support, said, “Broadway carried out a review of its housing IT system and recognised the need for better reporting on arrears and a more efficient system that would prompt the rent team’s actions.
“We selected Pyramid because it was a tried and tested system so it’s a ‘ready-to-use’ product without the need for tailoring or developing to our requirements. What particularly caught our eye was the SMS texting solution with tenants – this is a significant development that will allow us to greatly improve communications with our clients.”
