Civica wins £300k CRM & EDM contract from WPH

Wirral Partnership Homes has awarded Civica a five-year, £300,000 contract for the implementation of an integrated customer relationship management, electronic document management and workflow system.

As part of WPH’s ‘2020 corporate vision’, the new Civica system is intended to transform front-line services by creating common business processes and enabling all staff to access and manage information more easily between different departments. These changes will also contribute to WPH’s planned property rationalisation programme, featuring an electronic post-room, internet access for tenants, and agile operations based on mobile working.

Civica’s integrated CRM, EDM and workflow platform will provide a single point for WPH staff to access, organise, control and distribute growing amounts of corporate information. The first phase of the project involves back scanning 2.5 million documents by Civica Records Management, including house files, property details and personnel information to streamline administration and enforce the automatic filing of records.

Colin Arnold, head of ICT, Wirral Partnership Homes, said, “Civica has helped us to design new ways of working that will enable us to become much more customer-focused rather than property-focused.”
