Documotive has bought Fusion Information Systems for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition is expected to add data warehousing, reporting and process management systems to Documotive’s existing range of electronic document and record management systems. Six staff from Fusion will join Documotive’s existing team of 31 staff.
Jonathan Holyhead, managing director, Documotive, said, “Documotive and Fusion’s software applications are Microsoft-centric and based around SQL Server so are able to use the very latest technology. The combined company will now offer a greater range of products and services designed to reduce costs, improve performance and drive efficiency.”
