Havebury Homes has begun a five-year partnership with Asprey Management Solutions to support its long-term asset management strategy.
Through the creation of a single, connected asset intelligence environment, the housing provider plans to use Asprey Assets to enhance its data across asset management, energy performance, compliance and investment planning.
Scott Bridge, assistant director of asset management, Havebury Homes, said, “Having a clear and reliable understanding of our homes is essential. By working with Asprey to strengthen our asset intelligence, we will be better equipped to plan our investments and respond to changing demands.”
