i4Housing has launched Zoho Social Housing CRM, a purpose-built, all-in-one platform designed to address the real-world challenges of social housing management.
Split into four main categories, Zoho Social Housing CRM covers core housing management, customer interactions, asset management and repairs, and compliance and safety.
Gursh Lail, CEO, i4Housing, said, “In the words of Abe’s Law, ‘If you think good architecture is expensive, try bad architecture’. With that in mind, we built Zoho Social Housing CRM with strong foundations – clean data, clear processes and intuitive design, leading to fewer errors, faster responses and measurable improvements.
“This is a step-change in how the sector can manage data, meet regulatory demands and, above all, serve its residents. With integration, process and AI (IPA) at its core, our CRM allows housing providers to move from reactive to proactive, and from fragmented systems to seamless workflows.”
Sebastian Shanmuganadhan, senior product manager, Zoho, said, “We’ve created a platform that adapts to the pressure points housing providers face, from compliance and costs through to resident services. The CRM is smart, secure and built for the realities of housing teams on the ground.”
