Covalent Software has just signed contracts with One Vision Housing to provide the Bootle-based housing association with performance management software. This follows earlier customer wins during 2008 with Glasgow Housing Association, Chester & District Housing Trust, Sutton Housing Partnership, Havebury Housing Partnership and Halton Housing Trust.
Covalent’s software monitors all aspects of corporate performance, including KPIs, action and improvement planning, risk management, self assessment and inspection management, and corporate complaints handling.
