Greenfields Community Housing has chosen Orchard to supply a complete housing management system, replacing a number of disparate systems from multiple suppliers. The new Orchard Housing solution, which incorporates housing management, asset management, mobile-working, CRM and BPM, will enable all data about a resident or a property to be held in one place, rather than duplicated across different systems.
The first phase of the project is due to go live in April 2014 and will include both CRM and mobile working. In order to deliver a successful project, Greenfields has invested heavily in project resources and has created a dedicated team called SWAT – the Smarter Working Assignment Team.
