Orchard windfall at Open Accounts awards

Orchard Information Systems has won three awards at the Cedar Open Accounts (COA) annual business partner event, including the top award for delivering the most business within COA’s business partner community during the 2008-2009 financial year.

Orchard’s finance business development manager, Mike Biddleston, took the award for COA’s best performing business partner salesperson, having secured over £250,000 of licence revenue during 2008-9.

Orchard’s finance product consultant, Rachel Mothersdale, also picked up a new COA award for ‘outstanding contribution from a business partner’. The award is a recognition of Mothersdale and Orchard’s close engagement with the COA solutions team to ensure that Orchard’s customers have access to the full benefits of COA’s latest products, from core finance and e-finance through to the complete suite of collaborative applications.

Andy Gough, sales manager, Orchard Information Systems, said, “This is the second consecutive year that Orchard has received both the ‘overall business partner performance’ and the ‘top performing business partner salesperson’ awards. This is an excellent achievement for Orchard as these awards are extremely important in ensuring we maintain our high profile as an OpenAccounts business partner, both within our client base and with potential new customers.”
