Solvares Group buys More-IQ for dynamic scheduling

Solvares Group has bought More-IQ, the UK-based developer of cloud-native dynamic scheduling software.

Founded just five years ago, More-IQ has established itself as a high-growth innovator, initially focusing on social housing and the sector’s need for high-performance SaaS solutions covering responsive repairs, compliance inspections and multi-trade coordination. Customers for More-IQ’s ‘True Cloud’ technology include Raven Housing Trust and Vivid Homes.

Nick Shipton, CEO, More-IQ, said, “As a ‘bootstrapped’ company, we’ve always punched above our weight in terms of technical capability. Joining Solvares gives us the resources and market reach to scale faster than ever before.

“For our customers who loved our technology but needed the assurance of a larger entity, this offers the best of both worlds – the agility of a start-up combined with the stability and security of a major software group.”

Ivan Bagaric, CEO, Solvares Group, said, “More-IQ’s technology and expertise perfectly complement our own. Together, we are providing field service operations with advanced, AI-driven tools to manage essential services more efficiently and sustainably.”

David Webb, managing director of housing, Totalmobile, said, “We’re seeing more housing providers simplifying their technology landscapes, whether that’s following a merger or simply reducing fragmented systems. Organisations no longer want a patchwork of tools – they want a single solution that connects repairs, compliance and asset management within one platform.”
