Cynon Taf Community Housing is taking on Housing Insight’s PanConnect Arrears Manager system to provide detailed insights into its arrears, facilitate better tenant communications and support its staff, in particular through its two-way integration with the housing provider’s Aareon QL housing management system.
Angharad Rogers, director of housing and communities, Cynon Taf Community Housing, said, “We chose to replace our previous arrears software with PanConnect Arrears Manager because it’s cost-neutral around our implementation and will save us money over the contract term.
“Hosted in the cloud, Arrears Manager provides online and offline functionality, integrates with our current systems and allows varied communication with our tenants via email, letter or SMS. Its algorithms prioritise cases for us, simplify data for better targeting and flag potential problems even without arrears.”
Housing Insight expects the project to be delivered to the housing provider’s test environment within eight weeks, ahead of its planned launch during this summer.
