Newly-merged Bromford Flagship has signed a multi-year agreement with Totalmobile for its field-service management software. The agreement follows four years of pre-merger collaboration with both Bromford Group and Flagship Housing.
Totalmobile’s software will be used by over 850 operatives across Bromford Flagship, spanning customer-facing and back-office teams, giving them real-time visibility, smarter job allocation, and a clearer picture of the housing provider’s overall performance.
Bromford Flagship has already been using Totalmobile’s repairs software; this will now be augmented by deeper analytics and business intelligence.
