ZapCarbon Group and technology partner Updal have completed the acquisition of IoT Solutions Group’s Cosie Homes environmental monitoring system.
The acquisition will combine ZapCarbon’s innovative technology portfolio, particularly its ZapIQ system comprising smart sensors for accurate home monitoring, prediction and protection, with IoTSG’s Cosie Homes system for damp and mould monitoring. As part of the transition, IoTSG’s customer-facing activities will continue under the established Cosie Homes brand.
