Ulster-based Habinteg Housing Association has announced its choice of the Chris21 system from Frontier Software for HR and payroll along with additional modules for P11D and recruitment management. The system is scheduled for implementation between May and August 2012.
Chris21 provides a centralised, virtual HR office and will help Habinteg to build a complete history of every employee and allow enquiries and reports on career history, equal opportunity data, addresses, allowances and benefits, and salary history. The payroll module features comprehensive rules to meet statutory compliance, stringent payroll requirements and comprehensive auditing and security facilities.
