1st Touch is partnering with ROCC, with 1st Touch’s mobile workforce system now integrated into ROCC’s Uniclass housing system. The partnership follows joint projects by the two organisations at Powys Council, 2010 Rotherham and Morrison.
ROCC’s housing repair system, which brings together property, tenant and service delivery data into a widely-accessible, unified information resource, is used to support over 500,000 properties in the UK.
1st Touch’s mobile system provides support for mobile workers and back-office staff, including property maintenance, inspections, asset management, utilities, responsive repairs and performance monitoring.
1st Touch also recently announced that it had achieved Microsoft Gold Certified partner status for ISV software solutions competency, the highest level of expertise awarded by Microsoft.
