Target Housing & Weston Rise sign up for Omniledger HMS

Target Housing Association and Weston Rise TMO have both awarded contracts to Omniledger for its Pyramid housing management system. The new systems are scheduled to be live at Weston Rise and Target in March and April 2012 respectively.

The Weston Rise estate is managed by tenants and residents on behalf of Homes for Islington; eight of the other 24 TMOs in Islington are already using the Pyramid system on a daily basis. Weston Rise will use the new system to maintain and manage financial and repairs maintenance data.

On target with Pyramid

Yorkshire-based Target has started the data collection and transfer processes to move to Pyramid, replacing a variety of disparate systems and in-house developed tools.

Abigail Laksevics, information officer, Target Housing Association, said, “Our current systems were fragmented and consisted of a number of standalone products and spreadsheets.

“Having looked at many of the major housing management systems on the market, we narrowed the field to just three. We then had demonstrations and took references – Omniledger was rated very highly by its customers and our staff. We are now looking forward to being able to work from a single integrated system with shared data and resources.”
