Tristar Homes on the case with Lagan

As part of a shared services agreement with Stockton Borough Council, Tristar Homes is expecting to go live in July 2009 with an enterprise case management (ECM) system from Lagan.

Based in Stockton-on-Tees and responsible for managing 10,000 of the council’s properties, Tristar receives hundreds of enquiries from tenants each day. Once the ECM system is live, Tristar expects to deal with tenant enquiries more efficiently, manage its contractors better and complete repairs and maintenance requests faster. In particular, the system will support Tristar’s new customer service centre which opens in July 2009.

As the council had already been using the Lagan system since 2006, it enabled Tristar to use the existing infrastructure and in-house skills, saving Tristar both time and money during the implementation. The Lagan ECM system will integrate with the council’s existing Macfarlane telephony infrastructure and will be implemented in part by council staff.

Steven Boyd, managing director, Tristar Homes, said, “We take great pride in creating safe and sustainable communities for all of our customers, and staying in close contact with them. Having witnessed the positive results at Stockton Borough Council, we were delighted to adopt Lagan.”
