Bromford Flagship LiveWest moves to Totalmobile

Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) has completed its deployment of Totalmobile’s Field First platform for 650 operatives covering 80,000 properties.

Implemented by BFL in tandem with Totalmobile, Field First will be used to manage work orders, support mobile working and give service managers real-time visibility of all repairs.

The Totalmobile platform connects BFL’s front-line operatives and back-office teams via a single system, helping BFL plan jobs better, coordinate its repair services in real-time and respond faster to residents’ needs.

Kerry Crook, change manager, Bromford Flagship LiveWest, said, “Having real-time access to more granular operational data gives our teams a much clearer picture of what’s happening across the organisation.”
