Mobysoft partners with Housing Perks

Mobysoft and Housing Perks have announced a partnership to reduce rent arrears and strengthen financial support for tenants.

Mobysoft’s RentSense platform is used by around 125 housing providers covering two million tenancies to identify tenants at risk of arrears and to prioritise early interventions. Spanning over one million tenancies across 85 housing providers, Housing Perks’ tenant engagement and affordability platform enables tenants to receive instant discounts on most of their shopping and then automatically transfer those savings to their rent accounts.

By pairing RentSense’s risk-based workflows with Housing Perks’ practical affordability platform, housing providers can move from risk identification through to tangible tenant support within a single process.

Alastair Clegg, director, Housing Perks, said, “Our partnership with Mobysoft ensures that when risks are identified, tenants can be offered meaningful, practical support. By combining RentSense’s early insights with Housing Perks’ ability to turn tenants’ everyday spending into rent payments, we’re helping them stay on track with their rent.”

Chris Murphy, director of customer success, Mobysoft, said, “Housing Perks creates a clear and practical support pathway for our housing customers, delivering tangible financial benefits to their tenants.”
