Saxon Weald on schedule with Solvares Field Service & Infinity Group

Saxon Weald has selected Solvares Field Service’s real-time scheduling and optimisation software for the delivery of repairs, inspections and maintenance across its 7,000 homes.

The implementation will integrate Solvares’s Visitour AI-enhanced technology with Microsoft Dynamics 365, delivered through Infinity Group’s BrikHousing management system.

Staff deployment will begin with Saxon Weald’s inspection teams, around workload visibility, route planning and appointment reliability, followed by a second phase across the housing provider’s repairs and maintenance operations.

Unlike legacy overnight or batch-based scheduling tools, Visitour continuously updates workers’ schedules during each day to reflect new jobs, skills requirements and changing travel conditions, enabling housing teams to maintain reliable appointment windows while also responding quickly to emergencies and operational pressures.

Debbie Chun, executive director strategy and transformation, Saxon Weald, said, “We selected the Solvares solution because it provides practical, day-to-day support for how we plan and deliver our services.

“Combining real-time scheduling optimisation with Dynamics 365 through BrikHousing supports our goals to improve first-time fix rates, reduce avoidable travel and increase tenants’ satisfaction.”
