A2Dominion has chosen NEC Software Solutions to provide a new housing management system to serve its 70,000 residents. The new system is expected to be live in 2027.
The NEC Housing HMS will be used by A2Dominion to support housing management, repairs, income, assets, insights and integration.
The new system will also help the housing provider’s front-line staff by bringing residents’ information into one place so that each resident’s context and history is always immediately available.
