Family Mosaic automates sales & marketing with BluTek

Family Mosaic is using BluTek’s new BluBrik sales and marketing system to integrate its development activities with the rest of its systems. The new system is based on BluTek’s WorkFlow Engine to ensure that all of the housing provider’s business processes are automated and monitored in real time and that no follow-ups are late or sales opportunities missed.

The WorkFlow Engine has been paired with a dedicated sales and marketing database with links to online applications via Family Mosaic’s website, to its housing management system, and to text and email channels with clients, suppliers and utilities.

BluTek and Family Mosaic worked together to map the workflows needed for effective sales and marketing campaigns, to follow up leads and to ensure that the entire sales and marketing team is in touch with one other and with prospects and customers.

Saul Stevens, IT director, Family Mosaic, said, “Automation like that offered by BluBrik takes the day-to-day problems out of our hands so that we can focus on the future of the business and the potential we have to grow. Development is a key strand of our business model, and having first-class technology from BluTek supporting our sales team is adding real value.”
