Northumberland County Council is introducing Totalmobile’s Field First platform to help its customer-facing staff work more efficiently, including how they manage and record work, coordinate operations and communicate with residents.
The council’s staff and its partner organisations will be connected in real time, with updates shared instantly, helping to reduce delays and freeing the council’s back-office staff to focus on more complex cases and service improvements.
Nick Oliver, cabinet member for finance and value for money, Northumberland County Council, said, “This partnership with Totalmobile gives our front-line teams the right tools to work more efficiently and deliver a better experience for our residents.”
