Homes in Somerset takes on Nexgen for housing development

Homes in Somerset is about to begin its deployment of Nexgen Development Software’s platform to support its housing development programme.

Designed specifically for housing providers and local authorities, Nexgen combines project management, financial forecasting, governance controls, audit compliance, risk management and BI reporting within a single solution for housing development.

A spokesperson for Homes in Somerset said, “Following a review of the available solutions, Nexgen stood out for its ability to bring everything together in a single housing development platform. We believe it will give our teams greater visibility, confidence and control across our development programme.”

Andrew Markham, co-founder and director, Nexgen Development Software, said, “Our vision is to provide housing providers with a single source of truth for the delivery of their housing developments.

“By bringing together project management, cashflow forecasting, governance, compliance and reporting within one platform, we help organisations improve visibility, reduce risk and make better decisions.”
