Abertay Housing has gone live with Aareon’s HomeMaster software, with the aim of modernising its core systems, improving operational efficiency and letting the housing provider extend its use of Aareon My Home for better tenant communications.
Marjorie Sloan, corporate services director, Abertay Housing, said, “Our move to HomeMaster allows us to take advantage of more up-to-date technology, work more efficiently and provide a better service to our tenants and factored owners, plus the Aareon staff have been very supportive over the past five months in helping us to prepare for going live.”
