First Choice Homes Oldham is now using Totalmobile’s Field First platform to transform how its repairs and neighbourhood services are delivered.
The Field First platform has brought the housing provider’s repairs, voids, workforce activities and property information together within a single system.
The platform is now live within FCHO’s housing repairs service, providing its operatives with real-time job information, clearer workflows and a more connected way of working. Field First is shortly to be extended to the housing provider’s neighbourhood care team for a consistent approach across its services.
