SettleParadigm has opted for Totalmobile’s Field First platform to support the integration of its operations after its recent merger. The new platform will bring services for 30,000 homes and 300 operatives together under a single operating model.
The Totalmobile platform will be used to manage repairs, compliance and assets within a single environment, covering work order management, workforce coordination and asset lifecycle management.

By centralising its asset, compliance and repairs information, SettleParadigm expects to reduce duplication and improve its readiness for audits.
