Mosscare St Vincent’s Housing has consolidated its numerous disparate data sources into a single, consistent and trustworthy real-time dataset after partnering with Connexica, a specialist in data analytics.
A year after the project began, MSV’s housing, repairs, income, compliance and customer information can now be searched and analysed in one place through intuitive dashboards designed for MSV’s end-users.

The housing provider’s new approach to data is already having a real-world impact for its customers. For example, Connexica’s system highlighted a set of homes with unusually low numbers of reported repairs, with the new system instantly cross-referencing property details with risk indicators.
MSV’s neighbourhood teams could then prioritise their visits and identify customers with a variety of hidden challenges, including those who had recently been discharged from hospital and people experiencing mental health difficulties.
