Voicescape has announced its acquisition of Enterprise RPA for an undisclosed amount.
Enterprise RPA supports housing providers to work smarter and deliver better tenant support through robotic process automation (RPA), complementing Voicescape’s AI-driven tenant engagement software. The technology from both businesses works seamlessly and complements each other in the same stack.
Gary Haynes, managing director, Voicescape, said, “Housing providers are being asked to deliver more with less, making automation critical to resilience, compliance and service delivery.
“By combining Voicescape’s AI and behavioural science engagement platform with Enterprise RPA’s automation expertise, we now have an integrated offering that serves the full operational lifecycle, built specifically for housing providers and local authorities.”
Voicescape’s software removes manual effort and improves RoI across the income, repairs, compliance and customer support lifecycle. Enterprise RPA frees up officer capacity to focus on supporting residents by automating high-volume administrative tasks such as universal credit verification, direct debit uplift automation, housing benefit overpayments, invoice processing and utilities processing.
Paul Agnew, RPA integration lead, Enterprise RPA, said, “We’re pleased to have found a new home for the Enterprise RPA team, technology and customers in Voicescape.
“We’ve admired Voicescape for some time and we already have many shared customers so our newly-consolidated service will be undisrupted, and customers will be able to benefit from our combined offer.”
Voicescape and Enterprise both emphasised that all existing customer contracts, pricing and support arrangements remain unchanged across both businesses.
