BluTek’s development system has recently been chosen by LHA-ASRA Group for the ongoing development of its 12,000 properties.
Anil Majevadia, group customer care and IT director, LHA-ASRA Group, said, “We are deploying BluBrik because it fits our technology roadmap, requires very little support from our in-house development team and delivers a solution that can be accessed through a web browser anywhere.
“We plan to implement system’s feasibility, cashflow and handover modules at first but we will also be investigating how other elements of the system, such as the treasury management module for loan portfolios, might help us further improve efficiency.”
