Kypera signs up Pickering & Ferens Homes

Yorkshire-based Pickering and Ferens Homes is set to go live next April with a new integrated housing system from Kypera. The implementation of the complete suite of Kypera products includes Kypera Housing, Financials, Business, Mobile and XLR across all of Pickering and Ferens’ operations, alongside supporting products from Deeplake and Real Asset Management.

Damien Blackburn, IT manager, Pickering & Ferens Homes, said, “What we liked about Kypera was the team’s willingness to adapt the system to fit our needs. Kypera takes the approach that if it can adapt the system to fit customers’ needs better, then it will. These enhancements will be issued in a new release so they will benefit all customers.

“The Kypera system offers automation and ‘work tray’ capabilities that we didn’t have before, which will save us a lot of time. The ability to efficiently handle data within Kypera is much better than our present system and the CRM functionality means that more information is available to staff taking phone calls.”

As part of the contract, Kypera partnered with Deeplake for integrated text and email communications with residents and contractors, and with Real Asset Management for SORP-compliant fixed asset accounting software.
