The next generation of housing IT

Housing Technology’s editorial team is in the middle of researching the next generation of IT providers for our sector, the results of which will be published in our special Proptechs & Housing IT Start-ups 2024/25 report in July.

If you’re using or investigating innovative software options from smaller technology start-ups and/or proptechs, we’d love to hear from you so that we can include them in our report – please visit jotform.com/housingtechnology/proptech2024 to complete a very short form and we’ll do the rest.

Equally, if your organisation is a proptech company or housing IT start-up, we’d also love to hear from you – please visit jotform.com/housingtechnology/pt24 to submit details of your organisation for inclusion in our report.

Data matters

Our third annual Data Matters event in September is shaping up to be our best yet. Taking place at The British Museum in central London on Tuesday 10 September, we’ve just announced some great speakers from Home Group, L&Q, Notting Hill Genesis, Orbit Group, Sovereign Network Group and Sovini Group, all talking about different aspects of data management in social housing.

Based on the success of our two previous Data Matters events, the key themes for Data Matters 2024 are: data-centric cultures; data governance & quality; well-architected data frameworks; dark data, shadow IT & silos; golden threads & single sources of the truth; boardroom agendas; systems integration, web services & middleware; and nurturing data lifecycles.

To find out more (n.b. places are limited), please visit housing-technology.com/event/data-matters-2024-september.
