Town and Country Housing Group, which manages over 8000 homes in South-East England, is implementing a fully-integrated document management system from Documotive for managing its housing and tenancy files. Documotive is also responsible for scanning Town and Country’s 8000 property files.
The new system is expected to go live in August 2010. Once implemented, the Documotive system will let Town and Country’s staff retrieve documents directly from the housing system and allow them to categorise and store incoming live documents quickly and easily.
