Manningham Housing exceeds arrears target with RentSense

Manningham Housing has exceeded its year-end arrears target following its use of Mobysoft’s RentSense software, with its arrears down to 3.1 per cent, against an annual target of five per cent.

By automating key income-collection tasks and providing clear analytics, RentSense has enabled the housing provider’s income team to action 100 per cent of its weekly caseload, so that no tenant is overlooked and that each case receives the right level of attention.

RentSense’s AI-powered ability to forecast arrears and suggested targeted actions has allowed Manningham Housing’s income officers to focus on providing tailored support to tenants at risk of falling into arrears, while saving them time by automating their day-to-day tasks and reporting.

Mansha Khan, income team leader, Manningham Housing, said, “RentSense has made a huge difference to our income team’s productivity. Thanks to the accurate prompts from RentSense, we can immediately contact tenants via the platform’s automation functionality, and we’ve found that our tenants respond in 94 per cent of cases.”
