Lewisham Council has partnered with Totalmobile to modernise how it manages its repairs. Totalmobile’s Field First platform is now live across the council’s repairs service, giving teams real-time visibility of repairs, improved data insights and better communication with residents.
Dean Cooper, head of repairs, Lewisham Council, said, “Improving our housing repairs service is one of our highest priorities – working with Totalmobile means that we now have the technology and expertise to support that change.”
Through the Field First platform, the council’s field operatives now have immediate access to job details, safety information and on-site reporting tools. Managers will also be able to monitor progress in real time, ensuring that urgent repairs and compliance-related work are completed quickly and to the required standard. In addition, the new software will help the council meet its commitments related to damp and mould prevention, Awaab’s Law and the Decent Homes standard.
