Online recruitment specialist Networx has been recognised as the UK’s best recruiter by candidates at the Jobsite RecruitRank awards at the end of 2009.
Networx, which provides consultancy and recruitment technology to over 60 housing providers, also received the top award for its understanding of candidates’ needs.
As the only accolades in the industry based wholly on the feedback from candidates, the awards are designed to recognise excellence and provide a true indication of the quality of service that is delivered to candidates by the best recruitment companies across the UK.
Networx also recently launched a new recruitment management system that allows housing providers to introduce the benefits of e-recruitment while ensuring a discrimination-free process from start to finish.
