Housing Maintenance Solutions, Torus Group’s in-house building and maintenance contractor, has partnered with Totalmobile to enhance its repair services.
Supporting around 83,000 tenants in more than 40,000 homes, HMS will use Totalmobile’s Field First platform to streamline its job tracking and deliver real-time updates for its operational teams.
Through the partnership, HMS will bring job management, mobile working and real-time operational insights into a single system to give its teams clearer visibility of work in progress, enable more efficient scheduling and ensure tenants’ repairs are completed faster and more consistently.
