Hanover Housing Association, which supports over 30,000 residents across England and Wales and employs more than 1,000 staff, is upgrading it HR and personnel system to SelectHR from Access.
Christine Armstrong, head of HR, Hanover Housing Association, said, “SelectHR allows us to hold all employee details in one place, and the self-service functionality has a lot more to offer for our staff. We have recently started using the recruitment module for greater flexibility with online recruitment and we will be implementing online appraisals shortly. Overall, the system will help us to reduce unnecessary administrative burdens and improve efficiency.”
