Innovation and Transformation at Housing Technology 2021

AUTHOR: GEORGE GRANT – CEO, CO-FOUNDER & PUBLISHER AT HOUSING TECHNOLOGY

There are just two days to go until Housing Technology 2021, our 12th annual conference. Over 300 housing professionals will be coming together for our first live broadcast on 3-4 March. Our brand-new enterprise-grade broadcast platform and event hub gives attendees access to an enormous amount of insights, knowledge sharing and networking opportunities.

With 30+ brilliant sessions scheduled over the two days, we’ve made sure no one has to miss out on any of the sessions as presentations will be available on demand to ensure that everyone can tune in at their leisure after the event.

We have presentations from leading and innovative housing providers including: Grand Union Housing, Halton Housing, Havebury Housing, Islington & Shoreditch Housing, Johnnie Johnson Housing, Manningham Housing, MHS Homes, PA Housing, Paradigm, Peabody, Peaks & Plains Housing, Places for People, Platform Housing, Rooftop Housing, Southside Housing Association, Sovereign Housing, The Wrekin Housing Group, and Yorkshire Housing.

I will be hosting the conference from our state-of-the-art broadcast studio with Emma Birchley, Sky News correspondent, and will be interviewing our speakers and some special guests during the event. We’ll be chatting to our keynotes Midge Ure about music, technology and making change, as well as Andrew Grill on data and the housing sector in 2025.

We’ll also be catching up with some of our speakers after their presentations, including Sovereign Housing, Halton Housing, Havebury Housing, and Rooftop Housing. Microsoft UK will be joining us to discuss sustainability and smart cities in social housing, and we will be interviewing their head of housing, Robin Denton, on what’s coming next and how technology improves services to residents.

I will also be chatting to Inma Martinez, leading AI scientist and digital pioneer, about how artificial intelligence is currently delivering value to society and what we should expect from AI over the next 5-10 years.

I am looking forward to speaking with Julieta Moradei, partner and founding member of Hometeam Ventures, and Lord Bird MBE, founder of The Big Issue Group, about innovative house building of the future.

We also have presentations from our sponsors on the best IT solutions and services for the housing sector: Aareon UK, Aico, Civica, Crimson, Esri UK, FLS – Fast Lean Smart, FireAngel Safety Technology, Gamma, Lioness Recruitment, Microsoft UK, MRI Software, Northgate Public Services, Phoenix Software, Social Telecoms & 8×8, Sophos, and TSG.

I hope you will be able to join us and look forward to welcoming you this week. Find out more here.
