Omniledger for Franklands Village

Franklands Village Housing Association is installing the Pyramid housing management system from Omniledger to support the management of its 270 properties in Sussex, with the system expected to go live in April 2008.

When making the decision to adopt Pyramid, Franklands needed to retain its community-based services, including the cash-desk functionality and direct printing to the tenant’s rent card. Franklands is also using Pyramid to extend its management and performance indicator reporting, having migrated data from its previous Excel- and Access-based systems into Pyramid.

Patricia Shadforth, chief executive, Franklands Village, said, “We looked at two other systems but felt that OmniLedger’s Pyramid fitted all of our organisation’s requirements. We were also encouraged by the attitude of the OmniLedger staff and their willingness to work closely with us.”
