Sabre focuses on human capital

At its recent networking lunch for housing providers, Sabre Resource Management launched its new range of client-focused People Services, encompassing HR services, hiring, outsourcing, human capital and change management, with an overall focus on lean services, value for money and measurable results.

Spencer Whitbread, managing director of Sabre Resource Management, said, “Just finding somebody for a job is not enough – times have changed and suppliers must also change or be left behind. In the current financial climate, our clients have less time and money to recruit, manage and develop their people. We are seeing a strong trend of employers now realising that their people are key to their future and that their businesses are under threat if they don’t protect and fully realise their human capital.”

Aidan Mullan, director of Sabre, added, “Imagine working with a supplier who delivered on its promises, exceeded the rest and worked in true partnership so that employers could focus on running their business with complete peace of mind.”

George Grant, publisher of Housing Technology, endorsed Sabre’s services and said, “During the current economic conditions, such a partnership service is essential if housing providers want to achieve business change.”
