East Lothian Housing goes live with Aareon HomeMaster

East Lothian Housing has just completed its implementation of Aareon’s HomeMaster housing management system.

Gary Alison, director of finance and corporate services, East Lothian Housing, said, “Our deployment of HomeMaster is a perfect reflection of our ‘digital first’ strategy.

“HomeMaster integrates with our existing Aareon My Home digital services and strengthens our ability to deliver user-focused services to our tenants and give our teams the tools they need to work smarter.”

Five other housing providers have gone live on Aareon HomeMaster during the past month, with all of the implementations taking less than nine months to complete.

Forth Housing, Ochil View Housing, Populo Living and Shettleston Housing have all completed go-lives with HomeMaster Housing and Finance alongside the My Home self-service solution. Lochalsh & Skye Housing, a long-standing HomeMaster customer, has also extended its use of the system with the addition of HomeMaster Finance.

Lhyam Sumal, ICT and business transformation manager, Shettleston Housing said, “Switching to HomeMaster has been a vastly overdue upgrade. Our project was delivered with professionalism and working with Aareon was a joyful process.”
